Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order from your account page.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 US states and select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at hello@gagugagu.com and we'll make it right.
